SInce I was a child, we always heard about donating to cancer research.  Well, It is 50 Years later and what has been done? It is estimated that over a TRILLION dollars has been donated to cancer research.

Ask any Oncologist, "what casues cancer?"

You will always get the same answer. We don't know. I have also been told, "welcome to your 60's"  and other simi;lar remarks.

I think it is time to hold these organizations accountable for their so-called efforts. Cleveland Clinic does $10,000,000,000 (billion) in revenue per year, is listed as NON-PROFIT organization.  and DOES NOT pay taxes. Go Figure.

Use the Form 990 Finder and lookup a few of your favorite "charities"

Ok, Here is my theory! The brain is the master controller for the body. The brain reacts to inputs from sensors around the body. Nose, Eyes, Ears, Nerves, Hunger, etc. The master controller then decides what action to take. It really is a chemical computer. If the master controller can do all the things we know it does, THEN why can't it overdo things? The basics of cancer are the mutation of cells that reproduce uncontrolled by the master controller. What if, in a severe event, the master controller overdoes it? Causes the bodies cells to overproduce and accidentally causes the mutation? Then, because it was an accident, it didn't realize it started a mutation, so..... it doesn't know how to fix it. Did that ever happen to you?

Most of the money for Cancer Donations has nothing to do with Cancer Research and / or Cures.  Draw your own conclusions.

Go to https://candid.org/research-and-verify-nonprofits/990-finder. Type in your favorite charity and read the Federal filing required by law.

Most charities are INVESTING YOUR DONATION so that the organization grows larger. Very little of the millions of dollars collected actually go to research.  You could keep the money and INVEST it for yourself.  BUT, the truth is: We want to feel good and donating fills that need.  We really don't care what happens after we give something.

If you truly want to donate, Fill out the Volunteer Form!
